Since Metro is going to call line 910 on the 110 and 10 freeway the silver line, what should this line be called now.

How about the bronze line since it is no longer being used by the harbor freeway on metro's maps.

Not a bad idea, but since this idea has historically been called "the Silver Line", and because it goes to Silver Lake, it probably should stay the same for now just to avoid confusion. Metro planners are pretty aware of this, and I suspect we'll see this Busway get its name changed again in the future.

It looks like the "Silver Line" still made the unfunded portion of the LRTP.

Last I heard it was delayed until December to evaluate the fare structures on the Harbor Transitway.

Do you have to pay zone fare to get to San Pedro from Artesia Transit Center right now? I'm not sure that's going to change, from what I understand they're more interested in unifying fares in the sense that if you take Torrance Transit it will cost the same as taking Gardena Municipal Bus Lines when using the Harbor Transitway.

Anyone have a map of the proposed alignment for the silver line? (rail not bus)

This is a map of the overall original idea, though there have been some changes of how the line would leave downtown and connect to the Alhambra trench.

I think this should still be the real "Silver Line". I also think the "Orange Line" designation should be taken away (but it won't be). Busways shouldn't get official "colors" until they are upgraded to LRT.
