Hello everyone,
Welcome to The Transit Coalition (TTC) Discussion board. We welcome a variety of opinions and diverse viewpoints. There are times where people can disagree on a topic with the same information and be diplomatic and respectful of each other's opinion.
Effective January 27, 2009 TTC Discussion Board follows these guidelines:
No Trolling--Posting to intentionally start a conflict. The person starting the post will be given the warning. No Off-topic and snide remarks directed at other posters. Remarks that have nothing to do with the post or thread are subject to deletion; That may work on Jerry Springer, but it doesn't work here. No non transit related or off-topic threads or posts. Let's keep the discussion on transit (i.e. operations, maintenance, planning, pedestrian design, TOD's, building and zoning, etc.) No Profanity. There are ways to communicate a disagreement with another forumerdiscussion board member without going into George Carlin's "Seven Dirty Words" routine.
If you perform any of the following acts, the first time, you will be given a warning. The second time will be an automatic banning from the discussion board.
Remember despite the separation of physical eye-to-eye contact we are among friends. Let's remember that and keep it civil.

Effective March 21, 2009 TTC Discussion Board follows these guidelines for the posting of images:
Please keep all embedded images 800 pixels wide or less and under 700kb in file size. Oversized images have distorted the board layout in the past and such images will be resized or removed by staff. Please provide links to all oversized media instead.
