Is it just me or has the threshold been passed where Metro can offer 3 car trains for all of the Expo Line service? I realized I hadn't see a 2 car train in a few weeks.

Is it just me or has the threshold been passed where Metro can offer 3 car trains for all of the Expo Line service? I realized I hadn't see a 2 car train in a few weeks. Metro announced that the next batch of P3010s will go towards replacing all P865/P2020s. Based on that, it's reasonable to assume that Expo and Gold have enough P3010s to handle their peak hour service needs.

I don't think they've reached that threshold yet. I'll pay closer attention this week and update later. I have noticed more of the new cars on the Blue line recently.

I live across from the Expo line and while most of the trains have three cars there are some two train stragglers among there still during rush hour.
