I would extend all routes with their western endpoint at Washington/Fairfax to downtown Culver City (68/368, 37, 38). I would extend the Culver CityBus 1 to Pico/Rimpau, using West Blvd's bridge over Venice Blvd. I would have the Culver CityBus 4 turn on National Blvd and head into downtown Culver City. The 217 can either run into downtown Culver City or be extended south to Kenneth Hahn Park and even Slauson.

Considering that the Metro Board just supported Culver City's efforts to get Proposition 1B funds to extend the Expo Line to the originally-intended Venice/Robertson elevated station ($50 million), would not Venice/Robertson and/or Exposition/La Cienega be better locations?

All these lines would run past the Expo stations. It's just that the actual heart of Culver City is further west than the Expo station and there needs to be more service to Kenneth Hahn Park.

Now that I think of it, the 217 should be re-routed to La Cienega south of Olympic. The whole section between Olympic and Venice is too slow.
