So, I drove on Vermont Avenue today (yes...that's what happens when businesses move to the Valley and people live in the CITY!) and man..what some potential. Why is there a Ford/GM dealership next to the Vermont/Beverly station? These car sales locations NEED to be sold and built with transit oriented development (i.e. Vermont/Wilshire development).
And, I need to reiterate this but LA has to overturn anti-gridlock parking, it's creating more parking garages, more dependence on cars, and more miniature freeways. Can you please join me in writing to our mayor & council members about the horrible truth of 'anti-gridlock' zoning!!!!
