Where in the WWW is the Web site for Pass Transit? Bus Schedules? Well, I was trying to see if Pass Transit had anything new going on, but after Googling "Pass Transit", the only things I found were some info pages on Beaumont's city Web site. Well, if anybody's looking for the Pass Transit bus schedules, I've happen to find them here: Pass Transit - BanningPass Transit - Beaumont(updated -9/2009) I'm going to see if there's a chance we can get the two cities to publish an updated schedule online as well as other important news since RTA has proposed a CommuterLink line to the Pass area which might benefit "reverse" commuters should RTA offer reverse commuter service.

Suggestions to fix the Pass Transit Bus System
The Transit Coalition has noted that the local municipal bus system which serves the Beaumont, Banning, and Cabazon areas (dubbed “Pass Transit”) is very circuitous and believe that the entire bus system should be considered to be streamlined to offer more direct and bidirectional connections all while maintaining local transit mobility.
Riverside Transit Agency staff have also agreed to study the area at the May 28, 2009 Board of Directors Meeting after Board Director Debbie Franklin (City of Banning) reported that Pass Area TNOW Chapter members took a long and uneventful ride on a Pass Transit bus between Beaumont and Morongo Resort.
Local bus riders can attest that most of the current Pass Transit routes are difficult to understand and use excessive resources since they have many loops and extensions. Streamlining the bus routes would avail much capital and financial resources while maintaining mobility and considerably shortening bus trip times.
