I am absolutely shocked that there's no station proposed at Crenshaw/Vernon to serve the heart of Leimert Park. I could see this as one of the biggest destinations along the corridor.

In this case, I think both stations are warranted if the funds are available.

Having both would be great.

I agree. It doesn't make sense to not have station planned there. There should be an underground station there.

I am absolutely shocked that there's no station proposed at Crenshaw/Vernon to serve the heart of Leimert Park. I could see this as one of the biggest destinations along the corridor. This would be shocking if it were true. But in fact this station has been proposed. It just hasn't yet been approved, i.e., incorporated into the current design. The reason it was not included in the original design was because of the cost and engineering issues involved. But of course that location is the very heart of Crenshaw and thus its value is high. Of all of the design options, this has to be one of the most important, in my opinion.
