New York MTA to raise fares again in January 2011

I thought you folks would find this interesting. This is going to be the 3rd time since 2008 that fares are going up.

Fares rising to $2.50. Yet they raise fares to $1.50 here and people yell bloody murder.

At least though in NY you can transfer lines without paying.
