In defense of the bus riders who apparently are always blamed for nearly everything (hence, the reason they have cameras and have proved 99% of the time, they are not at fault for crashes, behavior, etc...); I have only seen a few EVER use a hands-free set to talk on a cell phone....EVER. And I take at least 2 buses a day...out of the last 5 years. Now, when I see drivers (myself included), that's who are using phones mostly behind the wheel.... |

I was on a historic streetcar in Memphis yesterday and I saw the operator using a cellphone while driving, I was initially shocked, but on further inspection only texting while driving is illegal there. LOL
