How hard would it be to expand this system from Wilshire and how long would it take? I haven't seen much struggle coming from the Westside, but I assume it's because people don't know about it and that it was passed through city council relatively quickly. So, my question is, what would it take to get these lanes on other major thoroughfares and how long would this take?
