Only problem is that access between the two articulated sections through the bellow is only via the upper level, which puts the articulated joint somewhere in the middle, unlike the bottom like our single level articulated NABI 60BRTs.

Unfortunately, they stopped production of these in 1992. But maybe someday they'll become viable again. Not in the U.S. The American Neoplan company folded in 2005.
