This line is really an idea I had that would work out to be two lines since they serve very different destinations. It starts off from Union Station and then goes through Sunset and Santa Monica Blvd. The part I'm not sure about is Santa Monica Blvd. through Hollywood and if it is necessary.
Next, would be a different line. It would go from the terminus of this line to La Cienega, then Rodeo, Jefferson, Sepulveda, and onto PCH for a long time. After a while, it would go to the roundabout and onto Atherton. From Atherton it would run under the 405 and 22 but still have stops for all the homes along the way. It would get off at Knott St and then travel south on Goldenwest, Edinger, and then Beach Blvd to, you guessed it, the beach.
I know that if this were to ever happen it would be a long way off since it's so long and would have to be subway, but it seems to me that it goes through a lot of destinations (especially LAX).
If Metro had the money for it, what would you think?

I'm gonna change some things because I completely missed some big destinations. So on Edinger, south to Beach, the east on Warner, south on Main, and then head south on MacArthur Blvd. I would end it there at the corner of MacArthur and University.

Having ridden the 304, I would say that a Santa Monica Blvd route through Hollywood is necessary all the way through Beverly Hills.

^^Definately. But I would like it to go past Wilshire. Maybe my suggestion would contain the Crenshaw line.
Although PCH isn't on any long term plan that I've seen, it looks necessary. It goes by so many airports, malls, business districts, and high density housing that it's crazy to not consider it.
