The 5 extension on Motor replaces the "nanny shuttle" Line 13, which is cancelled. It was a low ridership line so I'm not sure what Gokhan was expecting.
Like Joshua mentioned, Palms station has been assigned to Culver City Bus service area as part of the turf agreement between BBB and CCB. CCB has been much slower in coming up with their service plan... although to be fair, Phase 2 is not going to begin service until March or April so they are not in a rush.

Back in October, the metro board of directors adopted Title VI and Environmental Justice Equity Findings for the expo 2 bus route changes which allows us to know what they are proposing in regards to bus route changes related to the opening of expo phase 2. Here is what is mentioned in the report: Line 534 will have the service cut between Washington/Fairfax and Santa Monica. It will only run between Santa Monica and Malibu. Seems that a line renumbering would be in order, since it will no longer run express at all. Maybe 100 or 101? Maybe for continuity, 134 (would be out of the sequence, but that probably doesn't matter much anymore).

The 100 series is for east/west routes.

In related Expo bus rationalization news, Culver City Bus is set to begin Line 4 extension to Playa Vista on December 14. This will give Playa Vista the first direct link to Expo line (via La Cienega station). No word yet on whether Metro will axe the 110 service from Fox Hills Mall to Playa Vista. My guess is that it will be gone after the next Metro service change. BBB Line 14 already serves Playa Vista but Bundy station is not open yet... www.culvercity.org/Government/Transportation/Bus/ServiceAlerts
